Talks

I talk like I ship.

Keynotes, company offsites, universities, internal all-hands. An operator on stage, not a motivational deck. Three talks I give, and I will not fake a fourth.

English or Portuguese. In the room or on a camera. Thirty minutes to two hours, depending on what the room can actually use.

The talks

Three rooms I can actually hold

01LinkedIn

Presence that compounds

How a blank profile became 33,449 people with zero ads, and why companies now hire the person they already feel they know. Not growth hacks. Cadence, judgment, and the posts that survive a week later.

Best for engineering orgs, founders, and anyone tired of being excellent and invisible.

02MVP

How to actually ship an MVP

From a leaking-roof website at 12 to an AI product in production. What to cut, what to keep, and how to get something in front of users before the deck is pretty. MVPs die from taste, not from missing a feature.

Best for product teams, founders, and engineers who keep polishing instead of launching.

03AI-first

How to work as an AI-first professional

Not a tour of tools. How your week changes when models sit in the loop: what you still have to understand, what you should never outsource, and how to stay the person who can tell when the output is wrong. Fluency without fundamentals is a new kind of junior.

Best for companies trying to adopt AI without turning the team into prompt tourists.

Format

What a booking actually looks like

The room

Conference stage, company offsite, university, or a closed session for one team. I will tell you if the talk does not fit the audience.

The length

A sharp thirty minutes, a full hour with questions, or a workshop that leaves people with a plan. We pick this on the call.

The language

English or Portuguese. I grew up in one and built a career in the other. The talk matches the room, not my preference.

Questions

Before you book

Do you invent a custom talk from scratch?

I will tailor one of the three to your room. I will not invent a fourth topic I cannot defend from my own work.

Remote or in person?

Both. Tell me the city and the date. If I cannot be there, I will say so before you send a contract.

Can we record it?

Usually yes. We agree on that before the date, including whether it can live on YouTube or stays internal.

What does it cost?

Depends on length, travel, and whether the talk is public. I will quote on the call, as a number.

Bring an operator, not a deck

Tell me the room, the date, and which of the three talks you want. If it is a bad fit, I will say so in thirty minutes.
